The income for accrual dues items is recorded using the following hierarchy:
■ the designated entity for that product is used if defined, otherwise,
■ the Dues default entity is used if defined, otherwise,
■ the system default entity is used.
A Pledge activity is created for each separate dues Fundraising product when accrual dues are billed.
